Peyton Neville, Cabot High School: Returning to Soccer After ACL Injury
Peyton Neville, a senior soccer player at Cabot High School, tore her ACL during a high school game and began a focused rehabilitation journey with the support of athletic trainer Jason Cates and the Boost Microgravity Treadmill. Using reduced-bodyweight training, Peyton was able to safely progress from crutches to walking and jogging while rebuilding confidence and movement patterns. Cabot High School’s adoption of the Boost—one of the first at the high school level in Arkansas—helped provide access to professional-grade recovery technology, supporting a faster and more confident return to play.

Boston Langston: Rebuilding After Traumatic Brain Injury
After suffering a traumatic brain injury in a devastating rodeo accident, Boston Langston faced an uncertain recovery. With the help of the Boost Microgravity Treadmill at Neuroworx, Boston was able to safely begin walking & running again, rebuilding confidence, and accelerating his rehabilitation journey.

Jerrianne John: Return to Running
After a misdiagnosed tibia injury forced her to stop running for seven years, Jerrianne gradually returned to pain-free running with the Boost Treadmill. Starting with just 1.5 miles, she’s now running 6.7 miles at 80% of her body weight, regaining both her strength and her confidence.
