Boost Power & Equivalence Pace
Standard treadmill metrics — speed, distance, pace — don't account for bodyweight support or incline. A 6 mph run at 60% bodyweight and a 6 mph run at full bodyweight look identical on paper. They're not remotely the same workout.
Boost Power converts every session into a single Watts number — max, average, and total — so two workouts are actually comparable, even when the surface numbers don't match. A 30-minute run might total 300W one day; run it slower the next day and it could still total 350W, because bodyweight support was higher or the incline went up. Boost Power shows what actually changed, not just the pace.
Equivalence Pace translates a session into the full-bodyweight running pace it's equivalent to — so a PT can tell a patient "you did the equivalent of an 11-minute mile today," and it means something immediately.
