Do you ship Boost Treadmills to my country?
Boost Treadmills are in use across 45+ countries and six continents, supplied through authorized dealers. Send us a message and we'll connect you with the dealer for your region — or confirm feasibility if we don't have one there yet.
Will the treadmill work on my voltage and plug type?
Yes. We configure each unit for your region's voltage (100V–240V) and supply the correct plug standard before it ships. You don't need adapters or an electrician's workaround.
How are duties, taxes, and customs handled?
Your local dealer arranges transport, insurance and customs clearance and quotes you a landed price including duties and local taxes. We supply the export documentation and HS codes they need.
Is the Boost Treadmill certified for my market?
We prepare regional compliance documentation, including CE and UKCA where required, and advise on any market-specific certification as part of the quote process.
What about warranty and repairs abroad?
The manufacturer warranty applies internationally. Spare parts are supplied through your dealer and most service is handled on site or through remote-guided diagnostics, so a fix rarely means extended downtime.
