Round 4 Boost Treadmills NCAA Cross Country Poll

Boost Treadmills National Cross Country Poll (Nov. 5)

With collegiate cross country teams turning their focus to January, the latest Boost Treadmills NCAA Cross Country poll finds the Razorback men and women holding steady in the top spot after their dominating wins at the SEC Championship last weekend.

Week 4 Rankings

Due to the pandemic, two of the perennial national powerhouses were unable to run in conference championships (NAU and BYU).  The BYU men won the national title in 2019 with NAU finishing as the runner-up.  The BYU women were the runner-ups to NCAA champion Arkansas.

With the Arkansas men No. 1 and NAU in the second spot, Oklahoma State, Notre Dame, and Iowa State round out the top five.  Arkansas, Oklahoma State and Notre Dame all won conference titles last weekend. Arkansas now has the most SEC cross country titles in league history at 26 (breaking a tie with Tennessee). It’s also the 50th overall NCAA cross country championship for the Razorbacks, who collected 24 in the Southwest Conference.

The Arkansas women hold down the No. 1 spot for the third straight poll, with NC State moving up to No. 2.  BYU, Iowa State, and Georgia Tech round out the top five. Arkansas, NC State and Iowa State have crowned conference champions last weekend.  Arkansas won its eighth straight SEC title and its 21st league title since joining the SEC in 1991.
