Boost Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) applies to all Boost products purchased directly from Boost or from an authorized Boost distributor or reseller. By purchasing a Boost product, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Treadmill Warranty
1.1 Coverage Period
Boost warrants that all new Boost treadmills will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation (“Warranty Period”).
1.2 Scope of Coverage
During the Warranty Period, Boost will, at its sole discretion and without charge to the customer:

Repair or replace defective mechanical and electrical components, including but not limited to the motor, belt, control panel, and air chamber.

Cover the cost of labor performed by an authorized Boost service technician to diagnose and repair the defect.

Cover the shipping costs for replacement parts, if required.
1.3 Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:

Damage, malfunction, or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or failure to follow the operating instructions.

Any attempt at repair, modification, or maintenance by unauthorized personnel.

Routine maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, or adjustments.

Cosmetic wear and tear (including scratches, discoloration, or surface deterioration) that does not materially impair functionality.
1.4 Warranty Claim Process
In the event of a defect or functional failure, the customer must submit a service ticket through Boost’s official support portal HERE with a description of the issue, photographs if applicable, and proof of purchase. Boost will respond within 24 hours to provide next steps.
Boost reserves the right to require inspection or return of defective parts before replacement.
2. Shorts Warranty
2.1 Coverage Period
Boost warrants that all Boost shorts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery.
2.2 Scope of Coverage
This Warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in stitching, seams, and fabric integrity.

Defective zippers or fasteners.
2.3 Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, or fabric breakdown.

Damage resulting from improper care, including failure to follow care instructions.

Snags, shrinkage, or accidental damage.

Alterations or repairs performed by third parties not authorized by Boost.
3. Limitations and Disclaimers
3.1 Transferability
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
3.2 Sole Remedy
The remedies described in this Warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the customer. Boost’s liability is limited strictly to repair or replacement of defective parts, or refund of the purchase price at Boost’s discretion.
3.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or personal injury, arising out of or related to the use of the product.
3.4 Implied Warranties
Except to the extent prohibited by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the express Warranty Periods set forth above. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply.
3.5 Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was originally purchased. Customers may also have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which are not superseded by this Warranty.
