At Boost, we are committed to ensuring that your order is processed quickly and arrives in excellent condition. Please review our shipping and returns policies below before completing your purchase.
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
1.2 Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Treadmills: Due to their size and weight, treadmills are shipped via specialized freight carriers. Delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days after scheduling depending on the customer’s location. We will contact you to coordinate delivery and installation. Please note that we cannot schedule a shipment until all necessary paperwork is received - for this reason it is reasonable to expect a 4-6 week lead time on new orders.

Shorts and Apparel: Shipped via standard parcel carriers. Delivery times are typically 3–7 business days within the continental United States.
1.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on product type, destination, and delivery method.

All Boost Treadmills come with white glove shipping, installation and training. In cases where a treadmill delivery requires additional services (e.g., stair carries, narrow doorway access), the customer may be responsible for any extra delivery surcharges assessed by the freight carrier.
1.4 Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Boost is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order is delivered and confirmed by the carrier, Boost is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Treadmills

All treadmill sales are final. Due to the specialized nature of these products, treadmills cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once an order has been processed.

Your treadmill is protected under our Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please see our Warranty Information for complete details.
2.2 Shorts & Boost Gear

Returns are accepted for shorts and apparel within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@boosttreadmills.com with your order number and reason for return. A free label will be provided for your return shipment.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
2.3 B Strong BFR
- To be eligible for return, all products must be un-used, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition. If eligible, refund requests must be initiated within 15 days or receipt of goods. Refunds will typically be processed within 30 business days from receipt of goods from the customer, and refund amounts do not apply to shipping charges or taxes.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items

Treadmills, gift cards, and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any apparel that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
3. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or product, please follow the return process above for a refund and place a new order through our website.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify Boost within 7 days of delivery by contacting info@boosttreadmills.com.

Please include your order number, photographs of the damage or incorrect item, and a description of the issue.

Boost will arrange for replacement parts (for treadmills) or provide a replacement/refund (for shorts and apparel) at no additional cost.
5. Additional Terms

Boost reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if the returned product does not meet the conditions stated above.

This Shipping & Returns Policy is subject to change without prior notice, but the terms applicable to your purchase will be those in effect at the time of your order.
